Seifermann Architects developed a concept design for a new masterplan development of luxury villas on a 30 acre cliffside site. Located close to the ancient silk route, the spectacular site slopes steeply down to overlook the ocean.

Each villa is designed to include framed sea views, engaging the homes with their dramatic location. Natural, tactile materials are used, and interpreted in a contemporary manner.
